My research integrates experimental analysis with computational modeling to understand material behavior under various conditions. The focus is on developing sustainable, high-performance composite materials with enhanced mechanical properties for industrial applications in aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
Through systematic investigation of microstructure-property relationships, we aim to design materials that offer superior performance while maintaining environmental sustainability and economic viability.
Our methodology combines advanced characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, XRD) with mechanical testing and computational simulations. We employ Design of Experiments (DoE) to optimize material composition and processing parameters for desired properties.
Research findings have been implemented in industrial applications, leading to 15% improvement in component lifespan and 20% reduction in material waste. Our work has influenced industry standards and contributed to sustainable manufacturing practices.
